Refund policy

Due to the nature of our herbal, tea, and body care products, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been shipped or picked up. This policy ensures the integrity, safety, and quality of our products for all customers.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@mercantileapothecary.com within 7 days of delivery. To assist with your claim, please include your order number and clear photos of the item(s) and packaging.

Upon review, we may, at our discretion, offer one of the following resolutions:

  • A replacement of the damaged or incorrect item(s)

  • A store credit in the original purchase amount

  • A partial or full refund to your original payment method

Please note:

  • Requests received after the 7-day window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

  • We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
