Shipping & Delivery Options

In-Store Pickup

We offer in-store and curbside pickup for all purchases during regular business hours.
You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Shipping Services

We partner with trusted carriers to offer multiple delivery options. In some cases, a third-party fulfillment partner may manage and ship orders on our behalf.

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

We also offer Guide Protection (www.guideprotection.com) for optional shipping insurance.


Subscription Deliveries

For monthly subscription boxes, shipments are sent during the first week of each month.


International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Shipping Restrictions

  • Not all shipping methods are available for every location.

  • Orders ship Monday–Friday only (no weekends or holidays).

  • Same-day shipping requires orders to be placed by 5 PM EST.

  • Shipments to APO/FPO addresses may experience additional processing time once they reach the military mail facility.


Delayed Orders

If your order is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated estimated delivery date.
