Easy Application: Lightweight and fast-absorbing, it glides on smoothly and is perfect for targeted areas or all-over use. Massage a desired amount into calves and bottoms of feet 20 minutes before bed. For children apply only to bottoms of feet. May be applied to head, neck and shoulders for headache or anxiety.
