Why Inflammacare Tea Works: The Science Behind the Blend

Chronic inflammation is the quiet troublemaker behind joint pain, high blood pressure, headaches, stubborn fatigue, blood sugar issues, and that “everything feels swollen and irritated” feeling so many people walk around with, including me.

InflammaCare was created for my sweet friend and customer, Cathy, to turn that volume down gently, daily, and safely. It worked so well for her that I packaged it and put a label on it. Since then, it’s helped dozens more.

So here’s what’s happening inside the cup:

Red Rooibos
Rooibos is rich in unique antioxidants called aspalathin and nothofagin. These compounds actively reduce inflammatory markers in the body and help protect blood vessels from oxidative damage. Rooibos has been shown to support lower cortisol levels and improve vascular flexibility, which can help keep blood pressure steadier over time. It also supports blood sugar balance and gentle adrenal recovery.

Honeybush
Honeybush is one of the most underrated anti inflammatory herbs out there. It contains powerful polyphenols that suppress inflammatory cytokines while also calming the nervous system. This matters because stress itself drives inflammation and high blood pressure. Honeybush gently supports circulation, blood sugar regulation, digestion, and has mild estrogen balancing properties that many women notice as improved sleep and calmer moods.

Holy Basil (Tulsi)
Holy basil is what we call an adaptogen, a very broad and often misunderstood term. Simply put, it helps regulate the stress response that constantly fuels inflammation. High cortisol raises inflammatory markers, increases pain sensitivity, and contributes to blood pressure creep. Tulsi helps normalize cortisol levels, improve endothelial function in blood vessels, and reduce C reactive protein which is one of the main blood markers of inflammation. It also supports mood, mental clarity, immune function, and blood sugar stability.

Hibiscus
Hibiscus is clinically studied for blood pressure support. It helps relax blood vessel walls, improve nitric oxide availability, and acts as a natural mild ACE inhibitor. Translation: it physically helps your blood vessels stay more open and less tense. It is also rich in anthocyanins that directly reduce oxidative stress and inflammation while supporting heart, kidney, and liver health.

Ceylon Cinnamon
True Ceylon cinnamon is anti inflammatory, insulin sensitizing, and circulation improving. It helps reduce inflammatory compounds, supports healthy blood sugar response, and improves blood flow to tissues which means better oxygen delivery and faster healing. It also gently warms the body and improves digestion, helping reduce inflammatory gut irritation that often shows up as joint and muscle pain elsewhere.

What This Means For You

Less inflammatory “noise” in the body
Smoother circulation
Calmer blood pressure trends
Less stiffness and swelling
Better energy
Better sleep
Better stress tolerance

InflammaCare is not a stimulant. It is not a harsh detox. It is daily inflammation management you can actually stick with because it tastes good and feels good.

This is the tea you drink when you want your body to stop fighting itself.
