Aronia Berry (Whole)
History & Information
Fresh aronia berries have a strong, tart and astringent taste, but when dried and used in teas and cooking they have a sweeter, almost grape-like flavor. Akin to elderberries as a wellness powerhouse, aronia berries are actually higher by volume in key nutrients like fiber, iron, calcium and potassium. Aronia berries are great on their own, but also make a great complement to elderberries in smoothies and other wellness recipes.
