Darjeeling Black Tea

Darjeeling Black Tea produces a honey-colored infusion from Finest Tippy Golden Flowery Orange Pekoe, Highest Grade leaves, with a complex floral aroma and a light-to-medium tea flavor. Its bright astringency works equally well with rich or oily foods, and its delicacy is appropriate for a light fish course or dessert. Directions

Black tea brewing basics: Put 1 tsp. of tea in strainer, then place in cup. Add 8 oz. of near-boiling water and steep for 3-5 minutes. Feel free to adjust to your preference.
